Good tool, some UI quirks

I used TeamGantt for a mid-sized project and overall it worked well. The Gantt charts were intuitive and helped our team visualize dependencies. The Project Planning Tool was solid. I did find the interface a bit clunky in a few spots, especially when trying to adjust multiple tasks at once. Still, it got the job done.

Useful for team collaboration

The Gantt charts are definitely the strong point; being able to drag and drop tasks and adjust timelines visually was a huge help for our team. I exported a few charts to PDF for stakeholder meetings, and they looked professional enough. We didn't use the Kanban Boards much, but they were there. I think the mobile app could use a bit more functionality, as I found myself going back to the desktop version for more complex adjustments. Delivery of the service itself was instant, being cloud-based.

This was my third time using TeamGantt for a project, and it continues to be a reliable choice. I've used their Project Management Software before, and the experience was just as consistent as my previous times. The dependency management and overall project scheduling really helps keep things on track. I appreciate that they offer a free plan for smaller projects, which is what drew me back initially. It integrates well with Slack too, which is a plus for our daily comms. No big surprises, which is good for software like this.
